RERA broker registration number (BRN): 97652, issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of the Dubai Land Department.
Our guides tell you to ask any agent in Dubai for this number and verify it rather than take it on trust. That advice is worth nothing if we do not publish our own: so here it is, and you should check it.
What I am accountable for
Every page here is produced under my direction and published by the firm I founded. Where a page names a risk, refuses a number or contradicts what the market says, that is a decision I stand behind. If something on this site is wrong, it is my problem to fix, see the editorial standards for how corrections work.
How I work

In practice that means naming what a purchase costs after the purchase: service charges, vacancy, the exit. A client who buys badly is not a client we keep, which is the commercial reason our guidance reads less enthusiastically than a brochure.
How I am paid
MARNER ESTATES is a brokerage. We are paid a commission when a transaction completes, and no developer pays us to feature their project. That is still a conflict of interest, and you should read what I publish with it in mind.
What you will not find here
No forecasts. No yield figure presented as a market fact. No claim about a developer or an area that I cannot support. Where a number is widely quoted but not verifiable, the page says so instead of estimating: that is the standard I hold this site to, and the one you should hold me to.
